Sponsorship?

In order to help cover the costs of providing this agility website such as the domain name fee, hosting fees, phone calls, etc., I am wondering if there is any interest by individuals, businesses, organisations, etc, in sponsoring the website to develop a win-win situation for both the sponsors to gain business and myself to help with the costs.

This is an opportunity, not only for dog and/or agility related businesses & products, but for any business, product or service.

My thoughts are that space on the home page and other popular pages such as events, results, catalogues and current schedules, could be made available at nominal rates (related to the size of the display block) and either linking to an external website (like the 4Legs block on the right) or a dedicated page on this agility site (like Welcome Kennels) which would provide more information. Or just a stand-alone display block with name and contact details could be suitable for some (eg. Jim's Dog Wash). To avoid over-exposure the display blocks would be alternated over different pages and different layouts at regular intervals.

The traffic to the site has increased dramatically since it was established in November 2009. There are many visitors to the site, not only from Victoria, but from all states, ensuring a suitable viewing population.
