Entry Fees: $2.00 per class 

Entries: Multi Entry Form only to be used. Forms available at http://www.agilitytrials.info/forms.htm. 
All titles must be noted. Jumping height clearly stated. When listing the class please write as follows 
e.g. On Lead “for agility” AD “A”, Off Lead ADX “A”, and Open ADO “A” etc.

Include your email address on the form.  Your entry will be confirmed via email.  

Please provide a stamped self-addressed envelope FOR RETURN OF SHOW GROUND ENTRY TICKET.

Your paper entry will be confirmed via email (preferred), unless you provide a SSAE.

Cheques payable to Mitchell Agility Dog Club Inc.

 ANKC rules to be used except for:
     : A DQ will incur 4 faults each time,
     : Touching the dog in On Lead is permitted

Start 9.30 AM

Trial “A” Jumping On Lead, followed by Off Lead then Open

       “A” Agility   On Lead, followed by Off Lead then Open

Start 11 AM

Trial “B” Agility   On Lead, followed by Off Lead then Open

       “B” Jumping On Lead, followed by Off Lead then Open

Start 1 PM

Trial “C” Jumping On Lead, followed by Off Lead then Open

       “C” Agility   On Lead, followed by Off Lead then Open

Start 2.30 PM ( IF time permits)

Trial “D” Agility   On Lead, followed by Off Lead then Open

       “D” Jumping On Lead, followed by Off Lead then Open

Explanation:

ON LEAD (Novice level)
For dogs that are just starting out. Contacts at lowered height (no weaves or seesaw).

OFF LEAD (Upper novice level)
For dogs with up to two passes (no see saw)

OPEN  (Excellent level)
With dogs that have titled. Course Time will be adjusted according to the standard the dog has reached. (see saw included)
